Baltimore Motor Works began as a passion for doing great work on great automobiles. Founder, Keith Johnson, began his path with BMW by acceptance and attendance of BMW’s Technician Factory Training program in April 2005 after graduating from Lincoln Technical Institute’s Automotive Technology program with High Honors. After working at the dealer level for over nine years, Keith decided his future was to continue his passion for BMWs by opening his own shop and giving BMW owners the option of having “Better than dealer quality at an affordable price.” Unlike the dealership, where a customer communicates with an “Advisor” who communicates with the technician about their recommendations, Keith is able to make a more personal connection with each owner of the vehicles that he services and repairs. This is essential in building a bond of trust in an industry that has become tarnished by false or misguided information. Keith’s goal is to provide unparalleled customer service using OEM quality parts at an affordable price.
